The Aeroland Master Plan, prepared by GMADA, outlines a comprehensive township development across two pockets in the Dayalpura area near Zirakpur. Pocket A (larger, northern pocket) covers the villages of Nandiali and Dyalpur and is designed as a high-density residential and commercial zone. Pocket B (southern) covers Matran and Bari villages. The plan integrates road networks, green belts, utility zones, and commercial corridors aligned with the broader Aerocity and Expo City masterplan. Key infrastructure includes HT Line re-routing, an internal road grid, green belt zones, and commercial plots along main arterial roads.
